Delivery Policies

The address should include the building number, villa or apartment number in addition to the street, city and postal code. Before submitting your application, you must carefully check the product specifications and agree to be bound by the terms of use of the site. We ship orders through "Home Delivery" daily except Fridays and deliver within 24 hours maximum. In most cases, "home delivery" is a "door-to-door" service, but we apologize for not implementing this service in some cases due to limited delivery company or local laws. In agreement with our delivery partners, we reserve the right not to deliver the order to anyone under 18 years upon delivery. The customer must sign the receipt of the product or order after confirming it.
